Old school Pong-on-a-chip machine from Phillips. Not a lot of info out there on this one. Then again, just how much does one need to know ecxactly? Not like there's really much difference between all these dedicated chip machines anyway.
This particular console took cartridges and had a very simplistic controller desgin - a lever and a small knob - and I'm not sure how one exactly plays a game with that.
No info on what games (or which variations of Pong) this particular machine plays, how much it retailed for or if it were availible elsewhere besides Germany. More info is needed.
